Bourgade Catholic High School
Financial Aid Information
Programs funded by the Arizona State Tax Credit
The State of Arizona offers taxpayers a credit for opportunities made to qualifying private
school scholarship organizations. This unique program allows our students several opportunities for financial assistance. Please apply for all of the programs your family qualifies for.
Below is information for a variety of these programs.
CTODP--Catholic Tuition Organization of the Diocese of Phoenix
* This is a program initiated by the State of Arizona tuition tax credit. Available funds are awarded based on financial need. Please encourage family, friends and business associates to contribute to this fund as it only supports Catholic Schools.
* The CTODP Scholarship Application must be made annually and must be postmarked by the deadline date. The application will be included in the student registration packet.
* New this Year: Families can go online at www.fairapp.com and check the status of their application. Type in your SS# and last name to view the status of your application. You will also have the ability to view any additional documents requested by FAIR to complete your application. Incomplete or late application will receive NO award!
Other Tax Credit Scholarship Funds
Donors to these funds can recommend that their Arizona State tax credit dollars be
applied toward your student. Many Bourgade Catholic families find donors through family members, business associates and friends. 100% of the tuition cost is eligible for this scholarship. A parent cannot contribute for the benefit of their own child. Each
student must be registered with the fund through an application process.
Contributions for 2009 will be accepted for 2010/2011 enrollment.
Institute for Better Education
* 90% of the donation is forwarded to Bourgade Catholic in the student's name to be applied to tuition costs. 10% is retained by the fund to cover administrative costs.
* Distributions are made monthly
