Tuition for the 2011/2012 School Year is $10,764.00. A parish reduction is offered to families that are actively participating in a parish. Verification is required from the parish. The 2011/2012 tuition rate with the parish reduction is $8,570.00. The 2012/13 tuition rate will be set early in 2012. Course Fees Certain courses require fees to cover consumable materials. The average semester cost of these fees is $35.00 per applicable course. Examples of courses that require fees are Art, Biology, Computer Graphics, and Photography. These fees will be billed in October and February of each year. Books Incoming, new students pay a book fee to cover normal wear and tear to books. This one-time non-refundable book fee is due by June 30th. An optional payment plan is available. The book fee for 2011/12 school year was $300. Other Incidental Costs Each freshman student will be issued a Bible, a physical education uniform and 2-3 consumable reference or workbooks. There will be a nominal cost for each of these items. There may also be additional consumable materials issued to a student in their sophomore, junior and senior years depending on their coursework. The average cost for these incidental items is $35.00-$125.00 per year. These charges will be billed in October and February of each semester. Uniforms- Average cost $200.00 - $300.00 (new). New uniforms must be purchased directly through Dennis Uniforms. used uniforms are usually available for purchase during the summer months/ Athletic Participation and Extra-Curricular Activities Athletic participation fees vary by sport. 2011/12 fees are: football $200, Cheer and Pom $225 (two seasons) and all other sports $150. Sports are classified by fall, winter and spring seasons. Fee payment is due at the beginning of each season. Many clubs and extra-curricular organizations collect dues to help cover costs. Placement Exam Fee The 2012/13 Placement Exam Fee is $35.00. This fee is due on testing day - January 7th or January 21st, 2012. Application Fee The 2012/2013 Application Fee for new students is $40.00. It is non-refundable. Registration Fee The 2011/2012 registration fee was $250.00. Payment of the non-refundable fee is due with the 2013/14 registration packet. Graduation Fee Each student will be billed for a graduation fee during the second semester of their senior year. The 2011/2012 fee was $150.00 and included the cost of the cap and gown, baccalaureate, and the graduation ceremony. |
