Tuition and Fee Information

All tuition and fees are paid through a FACTS online portal. The fee for this service will be billed by FACTS ($46 per year for families that choose a payment plan, $20 per year for families that choose to pay tuition in full in June).

Tuition

Tuition for the 2013/14 School Year is $11,700.00. A parish reduction is offered to families that are verified to be active participating members of a parish within the Diocese of Phoenix. The 2012/13 tuition rate with the parish reduction discount is $9,315.00.

Two $450 NON-REFUNDABLE tuition deposits are payable on June 5, 2013 and Julu 5, 2013. These deposits will be applied to the 2013/14 tuition.

There are annual, semester, and 10 month tuition payment plans available.

Application Fee

The 2013/14 NON-REFUNDABLE Application Fee for new students is $40.00.

Registration Fee

The 2013/14 NON-REFUNDABLE Registration Fee is $250.00. Returning students will be charged a $50.00 late fee if registering after the March 2, 2013 deadline.

Student Activity Fee

All students pay an annual $20.00 student activity fee. This fee will be billed in October.

Walk a Thon

The Annual Walk a Thon Phase Two fee is $100.00 per student. It is our hope that each student will take advantage of the opportunity offered through school to raise the $100.00. Alternatively, the fee will be billed in November.

Course Fee

Certain courses require fees to cover consumable materials. The average semester cost of these fees is $35.00 per applicable course. Examples of courses that require fees are Art, Physics, Computer Graphics, Publications and Photography. These fees will be billed in October and February of each year.

Books

Incoming New students pay a $300.00 book fee to cover normal wear and tear to books. This one-time non-refundable book fee is due by May 5th.

Other Incidental Costs

Each freshman student will be issued a Bible and 2-3 consumable reference or wookbooks. There will be a nominal cost for each of these items. There may also be additional consumable materials issued to a student in their sophomore, junior and senior years, depending on their coursework. The average cost for these incidental items is $35.00-$125.00 per year. These charges will be billed in October and February of each semester.

Uniforms: Average cost is $200.00-$300.00 (new). New uniforms must be purchased directly through Dennis Uniforms. Used uniforms are usually available for purchase during the summer months. All female students will be required to purchase a new skirt this year due to a uniform style change.

Athletic Participation and Extra Curricular Activities

Athletic participation fees vary by sport. Fees are: Football, $225.00 and all other sports, $175.00 per season. Sports are classified by fall, winter and spring seasons. Fee payment is due at the beginning of each season. 

Drama Production fee is $150.00 per production. Fee payment is due during the week following cast selection.

Many clubs and extra-curricular organizations also collect dues to help cover costs.

Graduation Fee

Each student will be billed for a graduation fee during the second semester of their senior year. The 2013/14 fee is $150.00 and includes the cost of the cap and gown, baccalaureate, and the graduation ceremony.
